CGT 251 final portfolio piece. TASI: Transportation Active Safety Institute went to our department and asked if several of the students could redesign there logo. This final piece was not chosen but before I get into the design elements of there logo I will explain what TASI is: TASI's mission is to advance the use of active safety systems to reduce vehicle crashes and save lives. For my design I chose a vehicle to represent what TASI is about the red and blue bubbles represent the crash cushion zones. I chose a slightly futuristic feel for this logo.

CGT 117 portfolio piece. For this project we were asked to make a concert poster of an artist who was currently touring and we were to choose a theme. I looked at what Jack Johnson currently did with is cd cover art and decided to move into a different direction. I looked at his album "In Between Dreams" and used the yellow color and chose colors in that color range. For the font I looked at various ones, I decided on the circus/ western font because it reminded me of his musical style.

CGT 112 portfolio piece. Ad Reproduction using Prismacolor markers and colored pencils on perma paper. The main goal of this assignment was to recreate the ad using the different mediums provided. The Ad is divided up into 3 parts: part one (top left) is done with only the marker. Part two: (bottom left) is done only in colored pencil. And finally part three: (right side) is done with both mediums.
